Dr. José Vitto, MD

Dr. Jose Vitto is a triple board-certified physician with more than 25 years of clinical experience and a dedicated practice in interventional pain management. He is fellowship-trained in Pain Management and residency-trained in Anesthesiology at Indiana University School of Medicine, and specializes in the evaluation and treatment of complex spine, joint, and neuropathic pain through advanced, image-guided procedures focused on restoring function and improving long-term outcomes.

Dr. Vitto has advanced expertise in spinal cord stimulation (SCS), implantable neuromodulation systems—including ReActiv8 for chronic low back pain—and radiofrequency ablation (RFA), as well as epidural steroid injections, facet joint interventions, and peripheral nerve blocks for axial and radicular pain syndromes.

He also provides regenerative orthopedic treatments, including platelet-rich plasma (PRP) and stem cell–based procedures, for selected musculoskeletal and degenerative conditions as part of a comprehensive, minimally invasive approach to pain control and functional restoration.

Dr. Vitto has extensive experience treating patients within personal injury and workers’ compensation settings and is highly familiar with the clinical, functional, and documentation requirements associated with complex injury-related claims. He serves as a specialized referral resource for attorneys, physicians, and healthcare professionals seeking advanced interventional expertise—particularly in spinal cord stimulation and radiofrequency ablation—for patients with persistent and treatment-resistant pain.
